This isn’t easy to say, but it’s even harder to express how much this community has meant to us. From first dates to family dinners, quick lunches to late-night margaritas—you let us be part of your lives, and we’re deeply grateful. We thank you for the support and amazing memories over the years.

Though our Bothell location has closed, the spirit of Poquitos lives on in Capitol Hill.
